Project updates

1) 116 basement :   The cast iron drainage pipes at the ceiling near the men's washroom will be replaced in the next two weeks. The contractor did the hazardous materials removal on the ceiling last week. The new pipes will be installed to replace the deteriorated pipes.

Estimated project time frame :   From August 6 to August 12.
Impact:   Men's washrooms may not be available in the basement.

2) 118 Backyard converting to parking lots:   The Building permit has been submitted to the City. May take a few weeks before the permit is issued. Once the permit is ready, the contractor will schedule time to start the garage removal, tree cutting and paving.

Estimated time frame:   September to October 2024
Impact:   No parking spaces on 118 driveway.
