Donations

We now accept church donations via PayPal. PayPal donations do not require an account. You can donate via your PayPal balance, or via credit/debit card.

PayPal charges the church a transaction fee for donations coming through PayPal. Therefore, we encourage donors to consider using
e-transfer as the preferred method of online donation.

When donating, please enter your church offering number (and offering designation if applicable *) in the description.

We also accept Interac e-transfers as a form of donations to the church.

If you are donating through e-transfer, please do so through your personal online banking account. The email that you need to direct it to is :

Cheques and cash are accepted during our service offering time on Sundays.

If you wish to donate via cheque, please designate it to Chinese Christian Church of Ottawa.

For all other methods of donation such as stocks and bonds, please contact us directly.

* Donor Restricted Gift Policy
All fund directed by a donor will only be accepted for a program or project approved by the Church Board of The Chinese Christian Church of Ottawa (the Board of the Church) in accordance with Section 5.9 of the Financial Management Policy of the Church.
Spending of funds is confined to the Board of the Church approved programs and projects. Each contribution directed toward an approved program or project will be used as restricted with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the Board of the Church, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most.
